I was a former student of Tom Eslick when he taught English at Vermont College in Montpelier, Vermont. He was a great teacher and a wonderful singer/songwriter. I have one of the first album that he put out in 1973.
Which at time I still play and it brings back memory of my years up in Vermont since I have been in Jacksonville, Florida for the last few years.

As a 17 year old high school senior my girl friend and I would go to the Thrush tavern to watch you in 73. I have your Shadow album and still sing many of the songs to myself. Thanks for the memories and I'm glad you still doing your thing.....

I saw you at The Mountain View House in Whitefield NH sometime around 1980 or so. Somewhere I have one of your albums called Deer Hollow Run (I think) Anyhow, I had completely forgotten about you when I was talking to my wife about how so many folk performers are localized and never are heard in the mainstream and I thought of you. Lo! and with Google, here you are. I remember going up and asking you to play Deer Hollow Run, which you graciously did. I hope all is well, as it appears it is on your website. My wife and I, and a good friend are now playing folky music in a little band we call "Uncommon Folk", and now get to live a bit of the dream. Best to you!
